I have used this washer since it was installed. It is easy to use and follow directions.
It saves me many hours by setting the time for the cycle to complete and is very quiet.

Not Happy

We bought this several months ago. It's beautiful, but it gets unbalanced all the time. Then it walks across the Laundry room. Then I have to pause it and redistribute tbe clothes. Tbe wasber is level, not sure what to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After having our Samsung washer drum ‘explode’ out of the machine, I knew going back to GE would only remind me why I should have bought their product to begin with. This washer has enough features for me and I couldn’t be more pleased with the brand!

Purchased this awesome washer a month ago and have been completely surprised by its cleaning strength and overall performance especially with the absence of a traditional agitator. It provides much more volume for bulky items such as sheets and towels and its very feature rich including its automatic water level sensing ability.
