I purchase this washer in January and am not happy with it AT ALL. I put it on bulky items, towels etc and it does not spin most of the time. I adjust the clothes and start it over and it still don't spin. Very dissatisfied with this machine

Worst Washer I've ever owned

This washer is by far the loudest I've ever owned. It also has an extremely difficult time spin drying items. Most of the time I have to manually re-arrange items to get the unit to properly spin them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing but problems

I bought this the end of July and the Dryer thermostat went out 3 weeks ago and someone keeps coming to fix it and has to order a different part every time... the washer is not draining as of today. Heartbroken I can't do laundry for my family of six not to mention I run an in home daycare and am trying to keep it clean with no help from these washers and dryers

This machine not only is beautifully designed but it is very intelligent. Senses the loads to determine correct amount of water. No agitator to tear up my intimate clothing. Clothes come out immaculate. Many wash settings to choose from. Perfect. Just Perfect.

I am very proud of this washing machine. My old one broke and I was in a rush to buy a new one. This one is way more efficient on water and cleans very well. I love the fill sensor and balancer. The clothes spin at very high speeds and drying time has been reduced. I can wash clothes more quickly and efficiently now. Great buy!

Love my new washer!

This washer works so much better than any I have ever had. I washed a towel that I had pre-soaked and washed several times previously with it not coming as clean as I had wished. One wash with my new GE and it is spotless!

I used my new washer and dryer for the first time today. I was nervous as I had not used this type of washer before and it seemed so different to me. But, I found the instructions clear and easy to follow and I was delighted with the results. I look forward to using this system and saving water as well as having nice clean cloths.
