A swing and a miss.

We bought this unit a couple of months ago after our 5 year old washing machine would not spin out. The first time I used the washer, I put bleach in the cup marked bleach. The bleach went straight through to the floor. We had a service man come out and look at it and he seemed to think that we poured the bleach wrong. So now, we have to pull the tub over to the bleach cup in order to get the bleach in properly. Sometimes, the bleach just runs down the holes in the tank. Very poor design. No answer to fix it. It also gets itself out of balance regular and it sounds like a tank is approaching our house. Very disappointing purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine is the best washer I have ever owned. The large capacity is very convenient for our family size. As well as the options available for specific needs. Very easy to use and it does a great job washing.

I bought this one week ago and just got it delivered today 4/10/2018. I Did two loads of wash and l liked all the features and it washed well.

Maybe have to get used to the new design

The washer is very nice looking. I am not sure about it yet. First time I washed a large load it all shifted to one side and I had to redistribute the clothes to keep it from bouncing across the floor. Would not recommend it at this time....maybe with a little more use.
