Very noisy

However, we regret you are not happy with the sound level. Our newer models do create a certain degree of sound. Poor finished cycle signal

Needs a louder finished cycle signal. We still have excellent hearing but you have to be right next to washer to barely hear it.. Make signal louder or make one you can adjust.

Not sure whats going on.....

I bought this machine 2 weeks ago, I used it the first with no problems the second week the machine is not working..... Could it be a lemon or bad quality machine?....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't wash that great.

It doesn't seem to wash out dirt. I've tried different cycles but yet my towels and clothes still look dirty. When the load is finished the clothes are fairly rinsed out and near dry. So the clothes dry faster, I guess that's one positive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some of the features I appreciate about this machine: sensing load size, clear top view, the selection dial’s automation for loads. I like that I can put comforters into this machine rather than going to the laudramat for bulky loads!
