I've been using this washer for about 2 months and I love it! I love how it senses the weight your load and fills the basket accordingly...which by the way is huge...as in king size comformter huge. Completely satisfied with my purchase!

I bought the GE 4.6 cu. ft. Top Load Washer #GTW680BSJWS. I am glad I bought it. I know these washers do not sound or operate the same as the old washers but it cleans my clothes very well. I had an old GE washer & dryer which served us well so hopefully we get the same longevity out of this washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use and quiet washing machine

I have no complaints regarding the operation of this machine. It is very simple to use, operates very quietly, and the clothes have come out cleaner than they did with our previous machine, which was a front loader.

I bought it last month, March 2018. I was surprised, it have loud noise while washing the clothes. Other than the noise, for the price and and size, it is ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No need to be scared

I really wanted to stick with a non-computerized no digital washer, but this one seemed to offer everything we were looking for. It has been very simple to use. We have been thoroughly impressed and happy with the quality, time, and ease of use. My only wish is that the top was not glass. We have out washer in our laundry room which also doubles as our pseudo garage. Nothing has happened yet, but I'm a little nervous about the wrong thing being placed on top of the washer and cracking the lid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I has good features but doesn't use enough water

It is a "high efficiency" washer and as such doesn't use enough water for most loads. If dark clothes are washed, there is often soap residue that shows up on them because not enough water is used. So far, otherwise, we like it.
