Very disappointed!

My husband talked me into getting this machine because he liked the look of the glass top and wanted to try a new washer without the agitator. Big mistake! It is suppose to be energy efficient, but the low water levels don't cover the clothes with enough water to get them clean. And because there's no agitator in the middle, I'm always having to re-adjust the load as it goes off balance during the spin cycle. It's suppose to have a "deep fill" cycle and I like to sometimes wash a small load in deeper water. But, the "deep fill" is a joke, it barely covers the clothes with water...they do not always come clean. If I could return this washer, I would. There's nothing I like about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clothes are much brighter and cleaner,excellent washing machine, very quiet. Love the stain options, Now I can clean 3 loads of clothing at one time instead of one with out the agitator. Thank you my life is so much .easier on laundry day and my water bill is lower,this machine uses less water and your clothes look brand new especially white clothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice washer but not a good rinse

I bought this washer because it had such a large tub and I could wash comforters easily at home. Unfortunately, when I was dark clothing on the normal colors cycle it does not rinse out all of the detergent and I am left with white streaks on the clothing where they were bunched up in the machine and soap still on my clothes. With the sensing cycle, I notice on some loads that the water doesn't even cover the full amount of clothes in the load. This cycle does not allow deep fill either BUT with a machine that is supposed to be more energy efficient and easier on the environment I shouldn't have to use those features every load. This in turn leaves me washing part of a load of clothes twice. I also found last week a pair of khaki pants that still had dry marks on them as if they had never been washed at all on the upper thigh area of the pants. I find this very hard to believe that they went through an entire wash cycle and never even got touched by water let alone detergent but it happened.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this washer several months and don't like anything about it. The detergent dispenser after the wash is finished there is blue water left in the dispenser so all the detergent is not being removed doing the wash, when I do bulky items the washer shakes from not balancing the load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
