Looks good, doesn't clean well

We have 2 dogs and 2 kids and we are having to wash things 3-4 times with still minimal results. Very irritating. The dryer, is great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At times, I'm unsure if it really washes clothes. Parts of my clothes comes out dry. I do like that it weighs what has been put in the washer and then it starts the load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I replaced a Whirlpool comparable washer. It lasted 13 yrs with a 2 person house hold. This GE unit is great. Cleans perfectly. Easy to operate. Noise factor, its no louder then any other non-agitator unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
