I bought this washer a few months ago and I hate it! It’s so extremely loud during the spin cycle, it literally shakes all over and can hear it floors above!! tf you put too many towels in it or clothing, they’re drenched and have to run a rinse cycle. The

Couple Issues with New Washer

I began using this washer on 3/3/18. It doesn't seem to clean my clothes well. I am using HE detergent and using the preset cycles for the type of load. The whites are looking a little dingy. Also, it gets out of balance a lot and I have to pause it and rearrange the load. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Smooth running washer

After checking out reviews and looking at other washers I decided to buy this machine....It works very well and is very quiet compared to my older agitator washer...washing cycle along with spin cycle are super smooth and quiet...controls are easy to pick the right wash cycle

Purchased in November. Loads often become unbalanced and won’t spin properly. On some settings, the washer moves all over the place. It’s like a poltergeist lives here the way the washer moves around my laundry room.

I am not happy with the washing machine, I bought a large tub the water level never covers the clothes the water level never goes past half way up the drum. I just do not like this washer.
