My favorite part about this washer is the multitude of settings. there are so many options for different types of clothing and this makes it so easy. Towels & Sheets, Set, Go! I don't have the think about the temp of the water, the level of the water or anything else! My clothes are getting clean and not ruined! I've had my washer for about 5 months. The first time it got off balance I was upset and thought that was going to be an issue with it, but if you let it go, it slows and is able to do it's job even if it's off balance. It knows! So no complaints at all. I chose the gray color and it's really pretty!

The problem with this washer is that it is so deep that I cannot reach the bottom to load clothes correctly and remove them after washing.
