Love the large capacity, the fabric softener feature and the auto balancing. This washer does not walk when washing heavy items. Love it!

I was hesitant to buy a machine without an agitator but it didn’t disappoint! This is the answer for washing bulky bedspreads, padded football pants, and other bulky items like shoes!

I bought this washer a few months ago and love love love it! The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the same reason as the dryer I wish the buzzer was a little louder

I bought this in May, 2018 and I really don't like not having the agitator. I wish I would have stuck with the agitator.

Purchased this washer to replace a high end washer that lasted only 2 years. Repair of this prior washer was cost prohibitive. I was looking for a basic, high capacity washer that didn’t include a plethora of options I would never use. I didn’t want another model with bells and whistles that were difficult and expensive to repair. This washer checked the boxes. It’s been put to good use everyday, for the full spectrum of washing needs.

I need to wait before rating products, such is the case here. Our family has used this washer for over 3 months now and we love it. Great features include the tempered glass lid and the adjustable spin cycles. Washer is used on average 1 full load daily.

I bought a set of washer and dryer from Costco two months ago. The price was good. The main reason I bought this set is because it has deep fill in most cycles. I always like to use more water to rinse off detergent. Without deep fill, sometimes there is white stain left on clothes after drying. Another reason I bought this set is that it is less than 5.0 cu ft and I can reach the bottom of the washer. I tried other brands in stores and felt I had to far reach out my arms in order to reach the bottom of the washer. I wish the bottom of the washer is also stainless. This washer makes noises that is different from my traditional top load washer. It is loud. Since my laundry room is not at the same level of my bedroom, it does not bother me too much. However, it is bothersome when I am watching TV.
