Love the features

I usually have small loads, so the sensors in the washer have really helped conserve water. My clothes come out practically dry, so it also helps cut down on drying time! I love that I can adjust the water temperatures and spin speeds easily and during the cycles. It is very gentle on my clothes, and cleans efficiently. Also, it is pretty quiet, which is nice since mine is in the kitchen.

Wonderful upgrade

So thrilled with my new washer... energy efficient and uses less water. My clothes are very clean and wrung out so well that drying takes less time as well. Will definitely invest in the companion dryer. Some reviews complained of noisiness, but it is no more noisy than the previous agitator. It is a win-win!

I have owned my washer for about 2 months now. I bought it as a return at a home store because my old washer had just quit and I needed one right then. I admit I was a little apprehensive about it at first, especially when I read some reviews after I brought it home. Turns out so far It's the best washer I've owned.
This isn't your grandma's washer. It has many options that allow you to adjust for just about any kind of material, load level, water temperature, length of cycle, delay start; even special cycles for specific stains. It seemed overwhelming at first to have so many choices; it was such a change from "spin the dial, hot or cold, jeans or unmentionables" of my old washer.
I can't believe how easy it is to use; I taught my 12 year old granddaughter, now she does her own laundry. It's not noisy as some claim, unless you're standing right next to it and even then, it's no more than my old washer was.
If you're used to an old style agitator washer, you won't believe the difference. I use less water, it takes less time and the clothes come out so dry that it takes less time to dry them.
Only once did I have to correct a problem when I put a bath mat in with some lighter towels and the machine became unbalanced. Instead of dancing across the floor like to old washer would do, this washer simply stopped. All I had to do was adjust the load by removing the heavier mat and run the Rinse and Spin cycle again. Great Appliance!

I bought this washer this past week and got it hooked up yesterday and started using it immediately! I have set my own wash setting (the one I would use the most) and it has been amazing! I have washed all my laundry in just a few hours for the week! I can't wait to wash bedding!

Great washer so far

We purchased last month. We were looking for something that would get our clothes clean and didn't take forever to wash because the drum would become unbalanced. This washer is doing the trip. Laundry doesn't to be such an all door chore. Many reviews noted that this washer was loud, we have not felt that has been an issue. It's getting the job done.

This washer is ok but right from the start I was not happy with it. To get the water level to cover your clothes you have to use the “Deep Fill” button. It works fine after that. Unfortunately “Deep Fill” is not available on all settings. It also seems to get out of balance when spinning more often than my old washer. It makes a strange grunting sound when washing. I think if you only wash small loads of lightweight clothes it would be fine.

Great product, love the design!

I wanted a combo of dials and newer technology. This machine does that perfectly, with the old school feel of dialing in your setting, with touch buttons and screen display. I also love the large capacity and the "sensing" mode, where it distributes water based on weight. So far we are very happy with the design and effectiveness, especially for the price. Thank you!

Luckily I was downstairs when the washing machine in the spin cycle started to spin violently. So violently it damaged the adjacent wall. There’s no sensors / fail safe to stop spinning if laundry is imbalance. It was only spinning 5 -8 seconds, the inside drum was slamming against the wall of the machine. Such a terrible design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
