Never had a problem with this washer. I never had a washer without a middle agitator but this washer does a great job.

Awesome option for 2nd level laundry

So far, this washer has done its job. It washes incredibly fast and is great for 2nd level laundry. We experienced a lot of vibration with our other washer, but not this one!

Functional Washer

We bought this washer about 6 weeks ago as a replacement for our 15 year old washer that had a broken pump. This washer is functional for most loads. No complaints in general. Any washer would have a tough time living up to our old one, but the issues we've had with this one are as follows: washing sheets--they get all twisted and tangled, with the fitted sheet ending stretched over the entire load. Washing dark colors: there seems to be traces of detergent (looks like powdered detergent although we use only liquid as directed) or lint on all the dark clothes. If we use the dryer, the spots go away, but if it's an item that needs to hang dry, the spots have to be wiped off or picked off by hand. We are trying different settings to see if this goes away. "Extra Rinse" didn't seem to help...trying "deep fill."
