Even though there are comments that it is loud, I find it extremely quiet. Much quieter than my previous front loader. Washes much cleaner than my front loader.

This thing moves all over with only 3 towels in it. No matter what setting I use it moves. Seems like machine is not heavy duty. Leaves water every time in where you put soap and softener.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Deep fill water cycle is the best

I had an energy efficient unit before this one that didn't clean the clothes. The deep fill feature allows more water and we can see and smell the difference!

Motor problems

I bought this a year ago on 10/05/17 and l had to replace the motor on the 09/12/18 . Thank God it was still under one year warranty need to get additional warranty.
