I was nervous about buying this kind of washer since the reviews were all over the place. I went for it anyway and I am very pleased that I did. i watched the videos on how HE top load washers work and i read the instructions. Works great! Even a large load of very dirty, stinky pet soiled towels came out very clean. I would advise people to do their homework, learn how these washers actually work. They can do just as good of a job as agitator washers while saving a whole lot of water and electricity.
