Bought 4 months ago and about every 3rd load it won't wring out the clothes, I have to change to rinse/ drain only.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We replaced our old washer because it would get stuck off balance and we had to babysit it. Now no problem it re-balances just great

I purchased the washer/dryer set at Lowe's about six months ago. I really love the washer! The tub is very large, there's no agitator, so I can easily wash quilts and comforters.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy with washer because it spins so much it greatly wrinkles my nice permanent clothes

My wife loves this washer, the features are great. So simple to use and very efficient. The clothes are almost dry when they come out, which saves on the electric dryer. Looks good too.
