Just got this washer two days ago. Have used it only a couple of times. Read the instructions very carefully. Have only done a couple of loads so far, but everything seems good.

I would not recommend anyone to buy this washer. I tried to return but they don't let me. First, it is super noisy. Second, a lot of buttons on the control panel don't actually function by default. It is kind of very confusing. Second, the water level is very low even it is set at "deep fil". It is only fill up half of the basket. So you have to wash small amount of clothes. It is a waste of the space. I regret I bought this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
