Smooth and Efficient!!

Very nice washer I purchased last month. Was a little skeptical about the no internal washing tower but that all changed after the first load. Does get some getting used to but does a great job once you get it figured out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love that it doesn't have an agitator. I can fit comforters and then some in this washer. Great buy!

I was very hesitant and nervous to replace my older 2004 agitator style washer with one of these new impeller style washers with all the cycle options and features. Not knowing much about them, I went in wanting one specific task for it to handle - to be able to wash a King size comforter. This washer delivered! I am so happy with my new purchase. It has a lot of options and features, but nothing overwhelming that takes too much time to learn and understand. My 3 year old daughter loves the window and I love washing clothes again! It is kind of strange to see the clothes washing not submerged in water, but they come out clean so I can't complain. I would definitely recommend this washer and dryer set!

Leaves residue on clothes

We've had this washer for over 2 years, and from early on, it has left white and/or brown residue on clothes. I thought it was my detergent, but several detergent types later, it seems that is not the problem. Cleaning the washer with the basket clean cycle and vinegar doesn't fix it. Water temperature doesn't seem to matter, either. The residue usually comes off in the dryer, but we prefer to line-dry our clothes to save energy. An extra rinse helps some, but that defeats the point of buying an HE, water-saving washer. I can't wait until we can afford to buy a new machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
