Just installed myself, ran trial wash no issues, washed 1st load and very pleased with outcome! This is replacing our 14 year old front loader, so we will see if this one stands up to the test:)

I have done 4 loads, and the fabric softener dispenser is not working and the clothes are coming out with lots of lint
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
