Really a great machine!

We did a lot of research about various machines and this one kept coming to the top. It was feature-packed, yet very affordable. While we had read a few (very few!) negative comments, we now think they are due to operator error, since we have encountered none whatsoever! It provides a wide range of laundry choices, without being so obtuse that it's hard to decide which one is right. The machine is quiet, even during the spin cycle, and it's very stable.
The only complaint I had was that is was somewhat difficult to level the unit when setting it up. The levers are hard to access and could use a bit of re-engineering.
Otherwise, a great machine!

Not Your Mom’s Washing Machine

When all else fails, read the directions. That’s my reaction to the critical reviews regarding water level. This is not like the machines we grew up with. When loaded properly and run correctly (i.e., using the right settings for the load), this thing is amazing. It is efficient, effective and relatively quiet. It includes a wide range of settings and a pleasant end-of-cycle chime, and the window is a nice touch for us old guys who need to see it to believe it!

Overall good washer. Sheets get into s ball every wash and then make it tough to balance in order to spin

I would never have thought a machine could make so much difference. My husband's work clothes finally come out as clean as I want them. Very water saving and efficient. I love all the options to set up a load exactly to "fit" what I'm washing.
