Wonderful Washer

I love this washer. I have only had it for 2 weeks but so far it's great.
The clothes come out very clean and dry twice as fast because the spin cycle is so fast. I haven't had any problems with clothes not getting wet like some other people have said they had. I washed a load of sheets yesterday, 2 double and 2 king plus 5 pillowcases and everything came out great. The washer is quiet and efficient. Love it and will recommend this washer to my friends.

So many options!

We love our new washer! There are so many options, when it comes to choosing the type of cycle you need for a particular load. The washer is very quiet, and it does a great job. This is my 1st HE washer, and I was a bit leery of buying one. I am glad we did. The only thing I would change is the drawer for adding the laundry detergent and fabric softener. It’s a bit flimsy.

Really large capacity

This has a very large tub. Short people with short arms might have difficulty reaching the laundry in the bottom, but it's not a problem for me as I am average height and have long arms. I would recommend that a person checks this before buying this model. Most of my loads don't half fill it and they would have filled my old front-loader. Washing comforters is easy. The water level consistently is high enough to immerse the clothing, but no higher. The spin cycle gets water spun out of the load well. I was puzzled about the softener usage, but you have to use deep rinse to activate the fabric softener cycle. Clothes seem to be well cleaned after washing. The clear lid allows me to see what is happening without raising the lid and interrupting the cycle. There are many cycle options with personalization that allows anything washable to have the right cycle. It is not noisy and usually doesn't have a balance issue. You do have to be sure the clothing is evenly distributed or you might have an off balance issue. Love being able to add stuff to an already started load. There is always that sock that falls out of the basket and you want to wash it with its mate.

This washer is awesome. Seperate by types of clothes not just whites & everything else (eg, don't wash jeans with t-shirts anymore). Some other manufacturers only allow a warm fill cold rinse. Having alergies to dust, it is very nice to be able to fill hot w/ warm rinse (in this congress mandated mess world). The blood and grass stain cycle options ACTUALLY work, first washing!

First off let me state, read directions before operating. My Mom used this 2nd & put powder where it states detergent. I thought it was odd because there wasn’t an easy way for the powder to mix & get to clothes. Then I couldn’t figure out why my vinegar fabric softener was still in the bin. I took a moment to read & it states when using liquid fabric softener you need to hit deep rinse. Once we figured out the small stuff, I love this washer more!
