Worse appliance we have ever owned. Bought because of GE's past but this is a major step back.

I was a little dubious about this washer's lack of an agitator, but I found that it does the job very well. I am a bachelor and was looking for a simple and affordable machine to replace my 20-year-old GE Profile washer, and this machine filled the bill. I am very satisfied with this washer.

I am very pleased with my new GE washing machine. It has a good capacity and does a great job. Plus it's quiet which is important to me.
Lots of features and options with which I'm still experimenting, but so far so great.

Great Washer!!

Bought this a few weeks ago when my LG front loader broke down after only having it for 5-6 years. Decided to switch back to top loader to save space and glad I did! Not only did it save me space but also gets our clothes so much cleaner! Was easy for my husband to install and easy to use!

Very happy with it after the first month of use. Simple and easy to use with all the settings I need. Seems to clean just as well as the old one but with much less water. I love the dispenser for the soap and fabric softer. So far I like it and as long as it does not break or start having issues I am sure I will be happy with it for years to come.

worst purchase of our lives, soooo noisy

We wanted to get a kit of washing machine + drying machine not too expensive, our budget was about 1,500$ CAD. The only thing we required was to have a silent machine, and we are reasonable in the way that we expect the machine to run normally and make standard operating sounds. The salesman pushed us a duo of GE machines promising us they were very silent and that we could not get a better price/quality ratio in the store. Once again, we are educated customers but this one was just the worst purchase of our lives. The machine is the exact opposite of silent where our neighbors when walking in the hall hear the machine running and shaking!

In love with using!

I am in love with washing clothes again after using this washer. The chimes it makes on start up, the no agitator giving a great wash each time, the deep fill option...all pluses for me!
