This is the best washer I have ever owned! Has so many cycles and is HE but the best part is you can have deep wash and rinse plus you can have an extra rinse. I don't think I have ever had clothes come this clean. It also has a bulky cycle for comforters and as many of you know washing comforters at home is not an easy chore you always get a line where the soap did not rinse. Not with this washer handles everything beautifully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Took me a couple of loads before I was use to it. much different than older washers. I really like that I don’t have to go to laundry mat to wash my quilts & comforters. One thing for sure, you really need to read the user guide before operating the washer the first time.

I read lots of reviews and performance evaluations, before I chose this washer. I am really happy with it! One of my biggest concerns was having read how many washers with no agitator go off balance easily, this washer has only once done that with a heavier blanket. That was easily solved by rearranging it to be in a circle along the outer edge of the basket. I think it cleans really well. I'm happy that it uses less water and power, and it does offer many different wash options, depending on what type of laundry. It also seems to be fairly quiet. The only drawback I already have a scratch that mysteriously showed up on the glass top, after being careful not to place anything abrasive on it. Overall I would say it's a very good value for the price.

I’ve had this washer for 2 months. I was hesitant on buying a washer with such a small agitator but was surprised at how clean the clothes are.

Don't really understand the cycle of 3 seconds on 3 seconds off. The color bleach tray does not empty and I get

A good unit but slow . . .

This washer was purchased with the matching GE Dryer . . . although it does a really good job washing . . . it is extremely slow . . . the older units these replaced would have clothes washed and ready to dry before the dryer finished . . . now the dryer has to wait for the washer . . . if it could do as good a job washing but a bit faster it would be perfect . . .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
