This is the first washer we've purchased that doesn't have an agitator, and so far, so good. It has settings for almost any type of washing job you could imagine, and the space-age appearance is kind of fun. New digital features such as the timer letting you know how much time is left in the wash cycle are appreciated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Top Level Features At A Mid Level Price

Every time my wife goes to use the washer, she always complains that we clearly spent too much money. Then I email her the receipt and she accuses me of using Photoshop. The washer is exceedingly easy to use, with a myriad of options to wash each load to exact specifications. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I miss my old GE washer. This one is large ,I like the auto soak and the glass top but I do not like not being able to choose the water level. The water doesn't cover the clothes and I have to to add extra rinse or clothes will have white streaks on dark colors after dried. I have to re wash, this is not what I call energy efficient. I've only had for several months and have considered returning it. Please consider a water level adjustment to your next model !

Although the water level for all new washers has been lowered to meet new energy and water regulations, they are designed to accommodate these reduced water levels and provide excellent cleaning results. I like the preprogrammed setting that speed up laundry days. The appearance is great. I am having a hard time trying to wash jackets and sleeping bags that are down lined. They tend to float on top of the water.and don't get cleaned.
