Easy to use

I purchased this washer in October 2018 and I am so glad I did! This washer is easy to function. Now I can double my loads due to the capacity it holds. It gives different options to wash clothes and let you know how long the load will take to complete. It has its own department for detergent, fabric softener, and bleach. I am pleased with the product.

Lowes delivered the machine this morning. I am on my 3 load of laundry and no problems. The basket is huge. I haven't even came close to filling in up. Very easy to use and I love the color

Great washer!

We purchased this washer to replace a Whirlpool Cabrio that gave problems from the start. So far, this machine is much quieter and has many more features than the Cabrio. It appears more stable in the wash/spin cycles and has the deep fill option if you need more water for a particular load. Great value.

Great, but one glad

I really enjoy the machine, but anything heavy (towel, blanket, heavy anything) the washing machine gets out of whack and then it goes through this weird process of filling back up and doing the same exact thing. Not sure the engineering behind that one.

We really like this machine. One challenge is when we put big sheets in they go off center, buzzer goes off and we have to go and spread them out.. will have to reach out to customer service for that. And still have not figured out all the different settings when do we use them. Other than that we like it.
