My only complaint is that is gets off balance rather easy and I have had to unplug it twice and let it reset before it would start back up

Spin and drain

I find that the washer washes well but whenever I only want to spin and drain a load it does not completely drain the loads.

Love all the washing settings, however, I cannot get the volume control to go above a very soft hardly audible sound. Don't know what I am doing wrong to adjust the volume setting. I hold in the volume button and nothing happens. Please advise...
