Dirty clothes every time

We purchased this washer with high hopes that it would provide us clean clothes. Our previous washer was front loading, so we were excited about having a mildew free washer. We ended up swapping mildew for dirty clothes. Our clothes have dirty almost every time. The water level did not match what it was supposed to be according to the plastic info sheet that came with the washer. Our clothes came out dirty still... even after 3 different wash loads! I started taking photos of the clothes that had light stains and after the wash load, some tops were partially dry! We took photos of the same shirt after each wash. I’m still shocked by how dirty it was. Please do not purchase this item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have only had this washer and dryer for two months so unable to give a review on its reliability. I tried adding pics of clothing with "white stuff" all over them after done washing but this site is not letting them upload. I use liquid HE detergent. The spin cycle is so crazy fast that the clothes come out with basically permanent wrinkles because of this!

The spin cycle is crazy fast (seems too fast), so fast that the clothes are full of wrinkles. Also, there is a lot of lint or whatever it is (white stuff) left on clothing after washing and I do use liquid HE detergent. I like the extra rinse cycle, the deep fill option and the quick wash cycle (I use this most of the time as my clothes aren't dirty).

Tight space washer

Replaced my old GE HE washer after years of hard use. Choose this model in particular because of limited depth. Much different than the old. Flashing lights, digital messages that are broken up on the small display screen. Makes all sorts of loud strange noises. EASILY gets unbalanced with larger loads. Nice assortment of settings and love deep fill capability. Seems to get clothes adequately clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had front loaders and they always smell bad no matter how often you clean them. Nice thing about this washer and the reason I bought it.... You can see the wash, it can fit sheets and blankets plus you can fill it even with the sensor. Plus love the dispenser in the push out feature. Someone of the reviews said it was loud, it was fine for me. Let you know in about 6 months :)

Great Washing Machine!

I’ve only had this washer for a couple of months, but so far I’m loving the results. It washes my clothes fairly quickly and much more efficiently than my previous washer. My only complaint is with the detergent/softener drawer. Every time I add fabric softener to the designated slot, the softener remains in the drawer at the end of each cycle and does not seem to be emptying properly. I have tried rinsing the drawer with water and it hasn’t made a difference. Hoping to get this minor issue resolved, but other than that i love the product and highly recommend GE washer and dryers.
