Happy with our purchase

I'm really happy with this washer. It was an adjustment from the one we previously had which was a front loader. The cycles are different and it did take some trial and error and actually spending a bit of time looking over the instructions, which I guess you should do anyways, but we figured it out. My only and I mean only complaint is the volume in which the washer alerts you when the cycle is done. It's very quiet even after adjusting it to the loudest setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great replacement for old machine

We purchased it for all of the features, especially the large tub without an agitator. Just doing the first loads. Working great.

This washing machine is fantastic. Great capacity and fit into my small laundry room. A lot of different options to wash clothes like I desire. Equipped with many modern features, but not overkill like some washers that constantly have problems. I highly recommend this unit.

We were very impressed by the ease of installation. our only concern was there was no hose clamp for the drain hose, requiring a trip to hardware store.

First Machine glitched; Second works fine

I originally bought this machine, and it kept cancelling itself during the load. I had it switched out with a new machine, and it works fine now. I like all the options and stain guides. I also love how deep the washing machine is. It is very user-friendly, as long as it works the first time.

Can't handle even medium size loads

This product is poorly designed and rattles, rolls, moves and bangs with even a medium size load. Service department has no answers.

GE washing machine
