Just received, but so far so good. The water level does not fill the same way my past washer did so I am a bit apprehensive about how clean the clothes will get, but so far so good. They come out smelling fresh and clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

we like the washer, with the exception that the fabric softener dispenser will not dispense the softener. we went to the store & was told to put the dispenser in the dishwasher and/or soak it with vinegar. neither of those worked. guess we need to get back in touch with the seller to fix.

After having another brand's, very expensive front loader computer board die I purchased this machine. I have been very happy with the performance of this washer.

Nothing more, nothing less. Seems to get off balance when washing more so than my prior washer (have to leave behind as part of deal when house sold) Clothes may come out smelling good, but don’t always come out clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic washer. Clothes are clean, cycle times are very reasonable, and controls are easy to use. Very happy with the washer, and with 5 kids, we do a lot of laundry. The only drawback— my wife likes to use Downy beads on her delicates, and if you don’t use deep fill for the wash or rinse, the beads don’t fully dissolve. That’s our only hang-up.

For the price this is a decent washer but don’t expect the fabric softener dispenser to work. From day one it has not dispensed the product just fills with water

Our new washer has so many useful features. Very quiet, uses less water. In the long run it is going to save us money on the utility bills. We love the stain removal options.
