Since I was used to having a washer with an agitator, this one without was different for me. It took some time getting used to the features. I now quite familiar with my new washer and I love it.

The machine has a dispenser for fabric softener but it doesn’t work, you have to pour the softener in the bottom of the machine. The machine also periodically gets off balanced, so I have to shuffle the load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the look of the washer and it measured the water level so you don’t waste water. Also if you have a small load the speedy wash cycle comes handy.
