Great washer

Overall a good washer. Replaced my 13 yr old front loader. The features are fantastic. I've no complaints whatsoever. I'm satisfied with my purchase

Lots of wrinkles and soap residue

EVERYTHING comes out wrinkled in this washer, even on the delicate cycle. It also leaves some soap residue on dark colored clothes. Bulky items like sheets, make lots of banging noise during the spin cycle, and sometimes need to go through the spin cycle again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Garbage

It truly amazes me how GE can stay in business with the garbage appliances they put out. I’ve had both my washer and dryer break in the past 2 years after LIGHT use. They’re products are complete and utter garbage

Best washer ever.

This washer is full of options and features, but not so "busy" that one needs to have the manual open at all times.
I especially like the spin options.

Leaves fabric softener on clothes

I don't like having a new product that doesn't live up to the name. I have softner residue on my clothes even if I select the deep fill . I'm not getting a complete rins

Great features....far too noisy

I love all of the features on this washer. However I hate how loud it is. With the laundry room door closed I can hear the machine throughout my home.

I hate this washing machine. Sometimes it soaks all my clothes so much I have to run drain and spin anywhere from 2-6 times. You can’t wash anything by itself. It stops working all the time. WORSE PURCHASE EVER.

Cleans great

I am really enjoying my new washer. Each cycle I have run, I am pleased with the cleanliness of each load. I am a little concerned about the detergent and softener dispenser; it is more delicate than my previous HE washer. I hope that it can withstand the wear and tear of daily use as well as have a long lifespan.
I would recommend this to a friend!
