I waited forever to get a new washer and dryer and chose this set as my next purchase. It holds so much compared to my old Piece of Trash. It washes and rinses fantastic! Love Love Love!

First load it was evident that this washer is not balanced well - when EMPTY. Vibrates a lot!!. Also, they overdid the wash settings; clearly a marketing ploy to give the impression it is high tech, but really just needless setpoints. Since it is just the first day, we will see how this unit does. I am concerned it won’t be reliable over time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This washer does not wash your clothes only push them around. The water level is not adequate to wash with.
