Almost amazing

So I really do love my washer! It cleans well and quickly with multiple features for whatever your washing! The have a “my load” saving option for you to have a quick option for your favorite way to wash your clothes which is great! However... I’m very disappointed how easily the washer loads get unbalanced and how often! Even using the bulk cycle or for blankets it just goes nuts normally mid-cycle when everything is soaked and it can’t fix itself... so you have to go down and stop it and try to rearrange all the heavy soaked stuff and guess if it’ll be balanced... and it has to be perfect cause the washer once unpaused doesn’t resense the load it just starts where it left off, so at times I’ve had to completely restart the load to have the machine help me, helping it to get rebalanced. It’s atleast a weekly occurrence!

Love teh glass top to see the clothing, first time with no agitator and I love it...so many wash cycles to choose from , no wasting of water

This washer is FOR ME!

Purchased 8 months ago. I made the BEST possible choice for me! I love my new washer! In the first 3 weeks, I washed about 16 different loads-I'd been without a machine for some time. Everything was perfect! When I needed MORE water, I was able to "Deep Fill". When I needed to SOAK, this machine delivered! Those were my main concerns. My previous Kenmore Elite did not do the soak or water level to any satisfaction; I would open the lid and pause it for lengths of time. I would add buckets of water. Ultimately, 2 years ago, it started aborting loads, just when it started the wash cycle--there goes my soap. I was able to challenge that for a year, then 2018 it became futile. I was washing clothes by hand or taking them with me on family visits. I started searching-without success- for a new a machine! My newly adopted kitty came up with ringworm! So I had to decide quickly! I can't say enough how HAPPY I am having suddenly settled on THIS GE model. One thing it does not have is a signal or light when the wash is done. But it lets me add water-on Deep Fill, except "Color" cycle. It lets me soak, and it CLEANS my clothes! ONE recommendation: To GE: the laminated, one-sided sheet is a waste! Why did you not use BOTH sides and feature the actual wash modes?

Unsure of this washer. Don’t like the way it starts up and the way it ties all the clothes in knots. Can’t figure out if the clothes are any cleaner or rinsed thoroughly
