I love this set!!

I have owned this exact set for 1 1/2 years at our old house. I love this set so much, I bought a set for our new house when that set went out. I can get a lot of laundry done in a short amount of time for our family of five. I do laundry once a week and I hang dry our blue jeans and my tops. When I stay focused, i can complete all of our laundry in half a day to a full day depending (longer during winter months due to more laundry being created).
I would recommend this to a friend!

I may have been overzealous when I first used my machine because of the large drum size. I was able to fit a lot of clothes in the machine! However, after using a Tide Pod that came with the machine as a sample, a few of my clothes came out of the wash with stains on them they didn’t have before I put them in. Whether it was because of the Tide Pod or because I put in a few too many clothes, I do not know. I did have another instance where I put in a shirt that had stains on it and the stains did not come out after washing. To be fair, I did not realize there was a stain, so I did not pre-treat it, but I do typically use the ‘dirt’ setting when washing my clothes. Besides those two unfortunate circumstances, I have been happy with my machine purchase. It looks nice, it is easy to use, and the machine was affordable.

Purchased this washer 5/16/19 & had it installed 5/30/19. First off it is extremely loud! Secondly, when the clothes come out there’s no trace of scent from detergent or fabric softener. It’s as if I wash in just water. Always seems to rinse in warm water so things are more wrinkles. Add to that the fact that there’s no trace of fabric softener being used (I put it in the dispenser drawer as instructed) things are very wrinkled. I like to hang dry a lot if my items so this is causing me grief! I feel the clothes aren’t clean because they don’t smell clean. I use scented Tide & scented Downy which I have for years thru 3 other washers. Another issue too regarding fabric softener is you need to select the deep rinse cycle in order for it to dispense. To me it seems like a deep rinse would just deeply rinse the fabric softener away! I’m SO disappointed in this washer & wished I never bought. This is a legit review so if you’re thinking of purchasing & you like to use fabric softener & you like the scent of clean clothes when you put them on this is NOT the washer for you!

I have only had this washing machine for less than 2 weeks but I really like it so far. It has many washing options. I did feel like I had to thoroughly read the instruction manual before use though. I don't feel the manual is clear in that it only states in "Getting Started" that you need to use "Deep Rinse" when using fabric softener. It does not tell you that under "Liquid Fabric Softener/Conditioner Dispenser." This is the area you would expect to find that information. Other than that, the "Done" volume is not loud enough, even when it is at its highest volume.

Disappointed with overall performance. Many times a second drain and spin cycle is required to remove excess water left in material.
