I wish I could give this washer 0 stars...I totally fail to understand the water saving concept of this washer and no agitator...why...every time we wash clothes there are a whole lot of them that come out with stains and we are so frustrated ...totally useless washer...

Balancing issues

This has been the worse washer I have ever bought. It will not spin due to it is always pit of balance. I was told by the tech that came out that I can not have loads that are too small or too big. He told me that is a known issue and he has at least 3 calls a week for this issue. I currently have to ring my clothes out by hand as the spin cycle just will not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
