Product SUCKS!!!

This washer is a piece of garbage. . .loud, does not fully wash clothes and the clothes balls up with the agitator missing. So much for something that works. . .the energy efficient configuration is a complete joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clothes after wash

We are noticing that lint getting stuck to the dark color (black & dark blue) clotess. Which is a big problem and then those clothes needs to be washed again. Tried to clean the basket by using the clean basket cycle but still same problem. Going to call the customer service.

Love this washer. I'm a GE girl. Have had GE products for over 40 years. This is the best washer ever. It washes clean, spins dry and washes everything from delicates to heavy rugs. Best one I've had!!

I am very happy with this washer. Many choices of cycles, temperatures, holds lots of clothes. Both my daughters have used it also and like it (ages 33-43) too.

I am a return GE user. I did careful comparisons of brands and models. I am thrilled with my washer. The water level set and tub sanitizer, quiet operation, usability, appearance,... All GREAT!

Washes and rinses with virtually no water to ensure clothes stay dirty. Actually noisier than previous technology.

One of my best purchases

I was hesitant to move to a digital control panel but this washer is simple to use and gets our clothes clean. There's a knob you turn to set it for the type of things you are washing like sheets and towels, or bulky if it's a blanket. It auto senses the size. Easy.
I didn't realize how much I would like having a see-through lid. It's fun to look in there while it's going. This washer is quieter than my old one.
