I was so happy and enthusiastic about my new washer, read some instructions for features, but it is been a nightmare as the load is placed how it is explain on the manual and once starts spinning, a big ball is made and the washer moves all around the room.
Maybe anyone has some hints.
Also the extra water function, Is on but I have to push several times to fill more water, and still does not fill up to where it says on picture.
Kind of disappointed after all.

Has lots of bells & whistles that my old machine was missing! Have not decided if I miss the agitor arm in the washer. I like the many washing cycles that are available-seems to do a very good job.

Doesn't wash clothes very well..... Hard to figure out how to add water as water level is always very low. All my work clothes need washing twice.
