Critical flaw

This machine worked great for 2 years and then died a spectacular death. My wife left the lid open to soak some stained items for longer than the maximum machine setting of 4 hours. This fried the electronics. Now, plugging in the machine causes it to flash numbers erratically on the display and the pump (or something) to run non stop. It is now useless. A good machine ruined by boneheaded computer programming or bad electronic components.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best washing machine I have ever had. It is fast, quiet, efficient. It has cut my laundry time in half. Best purchase EVER!!!

Large 4.6 cu ft basket in a compact frame. Cleans well and does it quickly. Plexiglass top allows user to view loads during wash cycle.
