Slightly greater capacity would be beneficial for the average user. Would do well to emulate the Speed Wueen in terms of reliability

It's OK

This was a replacement for my whirlpool cabrio, don't like it as well. It leaves white residue all over my dark clothes so i have to wash again on deep fill, no rinse only cycle, so it wastes water and time. They need to add rinse only cycle, or be able to advance a cycle to rinse.

I previously had a Whirlpool, but have recently replaced with this GE. It looks nice from the outside and washes quite well, including larger items (comforter). Only a couple of small things that I wish were improved: 1) One of the selling points for me on this model, was an end-of-cycle signal. It has one, but it’s sooo soft, you can’t hear it unless you’re in the laundry room with it; and 2)the explanation of how to use the fabric softener compartment needs to be more easily located. Other than that, I would recommend this washer to anyone - especially for the cast & performance.
