It’s good washers lot of features only thing it gets unbalanced if the clothes are heavy also don’t like that it adds water after the clothes are in

Worst Washing Machine Ever!!

We hate it! And do not recommend! Preferred our Maytag Neptune front loader which was much quiter (despite moldy shroud; died afer 14 years). This machine is very noisy with an annoying whirring pulsating sound. The load sensor starts and stops water intake exremey abuptly, sending a shock wave though the house! Is it good? does it clean, yes, but the noise is nuts. As large as is the capicity, it can't wash 2 pillows -- the pillows never invert and aren't covered by enough water. If you are shorter than 5'5" you won't be able to retrieve your clothes as the 4.6 is too deep, deisigned we guess for taller families of 6+. We are so sorry that we purchased this washer; we wanted to stay in the $500 range. If you can afford it, spend an extra $200 to $1,000 on a front loader -- you'll be so much happier. We'll get rid to this washer as soon as we can.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only had the washer for about a month. Like how it time regulates the load based on type of laundry. Also, like that it takes less time to wash a load of laundry

I've had this washer for nearly a month. It's been great. It's not loud like our old washer. It gets my husband's jeans cleaner than they've been in a while (he works on the a sand dredge on the river and gets filthy). I love the settings and extra features.
