I was never sure that my previous front load was doing what it was supposed to do, and ultimately, the control board failed at FOUR years old. This washer is exactly what I wanted (with the singular exception being my being too short to reach the bottom when unloading it). Easy to use, wash time is so much shorter than the front load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm very happy with the performance and capacity of this washing machine. It can accommodate large bedding items my old agitator-style washer could not. It has many options for the kind of laundry load you have, and the clothes come out clean.

Finally, a washer I can depend on to clean my clothes. From the delicates to the jeans, just tell the machine what you’re washing and it takes care of the rest! (And it does it all at whisper quiet.)

It has been 20 years since I purchased a washing machine. Boy have they changed. Love the capacity of the machine, performance and the fact I will be saving water. I find it is very easy to use.

This is an excellent washer! I love that it doesn't have an agitator so there is extra room for plenty of laundry. The built in detergent dispenser is also a great feature and we really love the easy to use smart cycle settings. Our favorite feature though is definitely the countdown timer! Bottom line, we love our new GE washer.
