Love this machine!

It took a little getting used to, but once I got it figured out I love it! I am not used to my machine using so little water but still getting my clothes so clean. It is great not having an agitator for the clothes to get tangled around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A mom's dream washer!!!

I love everything about this washer!! I have an 11 month old who sleeps through the wash cycles. The features are amazing. I can literally include laundry into my schedule because I'm able to see the time of each cycle and select the wash cycle according to my time frame. The clothes are cleaned well also!!! Love, love love!!!

LOVE this! Had a 4 year old washer but the agitator had a gap at the bottom and things would get stuck and make a big knotted mess. Love this machine and it's so smart!

My last GE washer lasted 13 years and this was with doing multiple loads every day. Decided to stick with GE. I hope this one last just as long. So far I am loving it. It's quiet, fast, and hold a lot of laundry.

BROKEN AFTER USING 5 TIMES

Bought this washer brand new and had installed Dec 5th. Ran it 4-5 times and started having problems!! Now i have to have a repair man fix it already!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointment and regret

I have owned this washer for 2 months and regret ever purchasing it. Since the first day of use, we have been left with a white soapy residue on our clothes. I have tried trouble shooting this problem per the advice in the manual. No improvement. I had a service tech come out. He had no answers, except to follow the advice on the manual. I have tried every combination of settings imaginable, including adding an extra rinse, deep rinse, and deep fill. No improvement. I am using such a minuscule amount of soap (yes, I use high efficiency soap appropriate for this machine) that I am questioning whether my clothes are even getting clean. I am still left with residue. We tried to use the bleach dispenser for the first time the other day and our sheets and towels were left with large bleach stains. At that point I almost broke down in tears. Nothing has gone right with this machine and now I’m stuck with it. I am thinking of contacting GE next. I wish I had my old outdated machine back.
