Poor performance

The overall appearance of the machine is very attractive. I read the online reviews which varied. I decided to give it a try, and relied on the GE brand for reliability. However it turned out to be totally different from what I experienced with this washing machine.
The water does not completely cover your clothes even though it has with the deep fill feature , which allows you to choose the amount of water you want to completely cover the clothes. In which most of the clothes do not even get thoroughly wet regardless of the wash cycle.
The Machine is very loud on spin cycle the drum in the machine constantly gyrates back-and-forth and will eventually move the washing machine because it’s so forceful. However, it’s only noise, and performance, because the majority of the time it does not completely drain the water out after the spin cycle, there’s usually still soaking wet clothes!!!!..In which, you may have to do this repeat the spin cycle just to get all the water out.
This machine really should be discontinued!

Great Washer!

I LOVE THIS MACHINE! I am a die-hard GE person, and this washer did not let me down! With features like "deep fill" and "deep rinse", as well as specialised "soil types" for special cleaning AND every setting being programmable using the "my cycle" button, it's a real winner! I got mine without a central agitator, and was concerned it wouldn't work as well but was assured I'd be just fine, and I was surprised! My clothes get completely clean with very little water or detergent. I have an adult special needs person in the house that learned how to use this machine in minutes thanks to ease of design and the "my cycle" feature. Definitely worth the money!
I would recommend this to a friend!
