After using my old standard sized washer for over 10 years, we finally replaced it with this new model. I really think that removing the agitator, and the larger size of the tub, is wonderful! It is also much quieter. I would highly recommend this washer!

I love all of the features this machine has. Also I like that I do not have to set the load level the machine adjusts that for you. This is the best washer I have owned.

SEVERE WRINKLES

Washer seems to wash well, but the rinse/spin cycle completely twists & knots clothing so tightly that even after drying, items *MUST* be ironed prior to use. Items look like they were knotted up wet and left to dry. We have always dried our laundry and hung it immediately and things have been pretty nice. NOT WITH THIS WASHER!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not overly techy but has good features

The machine is not overly techy (eg. WiFi that can go out or a smart washer that can be hacked) it does have good features and seems to clean the clothes without damaging them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
