The new GE washer has brought my family into the present day. Our last GE washer was at least 20 years old and was basic. I'm usually not an instructions manual, but for the new washer I had to refer to the manual, so many wonderful settings. We enjoy our new GE washer.

Great faetures, easy to use, multiple functions

Great product, we purchased the one without the agitator, its makes it easier to wash huge loads as well as comforters and sheets. This washer has many preset functions making it easy to use with just a knob selection. It even has 5 stain settings to use for clothing with stains such as blood, wine, grease, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sometimes I think there isn’t enough water in the washer, although my clothes alway# seem to be clean. I wish it didn’t take so long for a load of clothes to wash.

We have had this machine for only a couple of months, but we love it so far. Good capacity and there are lots of settings to customize your loads of laundry. I took away one star because if you're under approximately 5'3" in height you're going to have a hard time reaching the bottom of the machine to pull out the clothes. I'm 5'2" and had to get a grabber tool. It's a top loader and other than the depth being extra deep, which is great for capacity, it's wonderful. What I like is that it uses little water, less than usual. If, however, you have an extra dirty load and want the extra fill, you can do it at the touch of a button. The rinse cycle options are excellent. It definitely saves dryer time.

Makes very strange noises!

The washer is attractive enough to be put in my mud room, however, it is extremely noisy,and makes the most God awful sounds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
