I haven’t had it too long but so far it’s been great it reads the level of clothing well and doesn’t waste water and finishes in a timely manner. Very satisfied so far.

After having a washer dryer set for 13 years, it was time to update. Many hours of research went onto deciding on a set. My new Ge washer and dryer won my vote. I was concerned about the lower water levels at first but it does an outstanding job. I use the deep fill option frequently, along with deep rinse, Everything comes out clean and smelling fresh!!

This is our first HE washer. Took just a few cycles to get used to it, but we love it now. All the different features and wash options for any situation. Very user friendly.

No agitator!

I purchased this washer online after chatting with a very helpful representative. He answered many questions, but the one question I didn't think to ask was, "Does it come with an agitator"? The washer continually reverses direction to move the clothes in the water. It seems to me that the gears will wear out more quickly. The water level barely covers the load of clothes. I would have preferred the options on my old washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Corky D - Thanks for your review. Your specific model does not come with an agitator, instead it has an infusor. With an Infusor, the clothes stay near the wash plate. The mechanical action of the Infusor moves the clothes through the water and against the sides of the tub and down around the Infusor. This wash system is softer and quieter during agitation.
