This wasn't my first choice, but I wanted a machine without an agitator. It has deep water clean and deep water rinse...allows you to get bulky items clean. So far I'm a fan of this washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Washer

This is my first washer without an agitator. (Also my first HE washer!) So some of the things I don't like about this model are more about my habits than the machine itself. I don't like having to remember to put powered detergent in washer before laundry. (I had originally tried to put it in the dispenser, but found the soap didn't all rinse out). If the powder is added after the load is put in, soap remains in the laundry and must be re-washed. I find using Deep Fill, Deep Rinse, and Extra Rinse helpful in making sure there is no remaining residue on the clothing. My most favorite feature by far (and my #1 must have feature) is Delay Start. Laundry can be delayed 1-9 hours. This is so convenient for our busy schedules.
