I have had the washer now for about 3 weeks & it is GREAT!!! It is way better than our previous washer. I’m so glad we chose to upgrade. Next purchase will be the matching dryer.

Great washer

Nice washer. The only thing that I HATE, is the spin cycle for delicate! There's not a light spin, my clothes comes out so wrinkly!! I line dry all my delicate clothes and now I need to iron everything!! I have no time for ironing!! I'm disable and can't do certain things and ironing is hard for me. Otherwise, I love all the features that's offer on it. It's not quiet like my old washer, but I got use to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this washer its better then the last washer I had which was a Maytag and it only lasted me for 4yrs and I felt it wasn't cleaning my clothes now my new washer I love it washes my clothes and cleans them

Noisy, off balance easily during spin cycle

Unfortunately, the washer frequently becomes off balance and bangs around during the spin cycle for towels/sheets. When you open the lid the laundry is all off to one side. Yes, the machine is level. No the machine is not overloaded. I have to jump up and stand guard every time the machine goes into a spin cycle. Definitely not what we thought we were getting with the new machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello! We're sorry for your experience. The washer needs to be sitting on a good, solid floor. If the machine is overloaded, the clothes may not be able to move freely and may be more likely to throw the basket off balance. Also, the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. We replaced a front load washer with this model. It works much better and lacks the odors and problems.
