Great Machine all around

I had different washers and this one is the best i ever had. The clear glass for the lid is awesome you can see how it works.

Efficient with flaws

This washer is fast and efficient, completes a large load in a shorter time than our previous washer by another manufacturer.
Unfortunately, the machine is louder where I would have expected it to have been quieter than an older unit. Also, the alert tone sounding that the wash is done, is much too soft and totally useless. At the loudest setting, it is barely audible and when one is just nearby. Why they even have a softer mode is beyond me as you cannot even hear it unless you are standing right next to the machine.
I expected more from GE but whoever designed that feature was totally wrong.

The washer is huge with ample features and options. Three star review because the spin cycle and basin leaves more wrinkles than other machines.
