I recently purchased this washer and have found it very user friendly. I love the large capacity tub and was able to wash my blankets with ease. I replaced a 4 years old Kenmore washer that had balance issues. The new washer wil self balance itself with ease. Thank you for a goos product

Terrible the agitator has ruined all of my cloths. Should have gone with a front loader. We should have returned this when we could. The was ruined everything and the deep fill doesn’t help agitate the close. Worthless only good for shop rags.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clothes come out clean and it has many useful features and options. I did a huge towel load and it went off balance so wasn't too happy about that but I learned not to overload it with too many heavy items in one load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My only real complaints are that I can't rinse my laundry soap measuring cup because the water only flows with the lid closed. And that the soap and softener don't fully rinse sometimes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a result of the flushing/ siphoning action and is part of the normal operation of the washer.
