High Capacity, not too smart

I love that i can wash my large down comforter, or both couch covers in a single load with room to spare, but the error "Supply water" appears anytime it's set above the cool setting. I guess it can sense the temp and knows it's not hot yet. It will completely stall out and waste hours waiting. Keeping it on cool is something to just live with. I love it otherwise.

I love this washer with all of its special features. The huge drum washes California King comforters perfectly; large loads are fresh and clean which helps me save time.

One of my biggest things in choosing a washer, is customizing a delicate cycle. Women's clothes tend to be made out of material that if you don't wash specifically they will shrink, tear or get ruined. With this washer, I was able to customize "my cycle" to exactly what I needed for my delicate clothes. This is my dream washer and I feel so fancy with it sometimes!

I prefer the old fashioned washing machines. This machine doesn't get dirty clothes clean. You have to wash things multiple times. I also don't understand how clothes are supposed to move around in an amount of water that doesn't even cover them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
